If you do not see your insurance company listed above, we will gladly file most other insurance plans on your behalf, however, we will be considered out-of-network. We will do our best with you to maximize your dental benefits from your insurance plan. We also accept Check, Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover Cards and we can make extended payment arrangement through Care Credit.
